Props may be used to aid students who have difficulty in getting into the pose. Back bends greatly improves the flexibility of your shoulders while releasing the tightness and tension of the upper, middle, and lower back. Different back bending poses will be explored with step-by-step instructions, together with various ways in getting into poses that allow different students to work within their limitation. This class can also be conducted in a hot environment.
NOTE: This class is not suitable for people who have serious back injury or spinal issues.
