Kenny first found yoga in 2012 when he signed up for a gym membership but landed in a yoga class. His fascination with Ashtanga (a series of poses, combined with a special breathing technique) soon led him to learn more from two KPJAYI authorized Ashtanga teachers from Samadi Bali, Damien de Bastier and Andrea Drottholm. Following the path for 8 limbs of Ashtanga yoga, with daily mysore practice, Kenny soon found lightness in his practice and purification to the body, mind and nervous system.
In 2016, Kenny finally met Kino MacGregor, whose Youtube videos had inspired him in many ways, and completed a 100 hours Ashtanga yoga intensive training conducted by her and her husband, Tim Feldmann.
Despite his busy real estate sales work schedules, he tries to maintain a regular and consistent practice. To further enhance his learning experience, he made a returning trip to visit beautiful Bali again in 2017 and took part in an intensive Ashtange mysore yoga practice for a period of one month with renowned Ashtangis, Mark Robberds and Deepika Mehta.
Apart from the Yoga practice, Kenny loves food, music, dancing and cooking. He also enjoys staying active through a variety of activities such as swimming, working out at the gym and overseas cycling trips.
