Shu Ting is an E-RYT 200 Yoga Alliance registered instructor with a background in Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga and Vinyasa. She first became a yoga practitioner as an escape from a stressful corporate life and escape she did. Now her job is to help everyone else boost their mental and physical well-being through yoga.
Her classes are designed to relax, refresh and rejuvenate your mind and body. Her students love her calm demeanour and soothing voice. She has a ready smile for everyone and hopes to inspire positive transformations and help more people incorporate yoga as a part of their lives.
Shu Ting completed her 200-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training at Real Yoga in 2013 with Master Saumik and his team, and 100-hour Yin Yoga with Traditional Chinese Medicine and Anatomy Teacher Training at True Yoga in 2014 with Jo Phee. She graduated from Teacher Training with her mentor Master Vikram of Yoga In Sync in 2015. As part of her continuing yoga education, she also regularly attends trainings and workshops by both local and international instructors including Jason Crandell, Mahayogi Jani Jaatinen (aka Gokulacandra), Sarah Powers, Dr Satyam Tripathi, Teresa Richard, Daphne Chua, Beta Lisboa, Sai Calder, Sanna Kokkonen, Kevin Yee-Chan, Simon Park, Dice Iida Klein and Jade Wood.
