Siam started her yoga journey in 2001. Since then the practice has blend into her lifestyle and became part of her daily routine. Her practice is mainly in Ashtanga Yoga, Yin Yoga and Meditation.

She started her teaching journey since 2011, after completing her “200 Yoga Alliance Hours” International Yoga Teacher Training in Classical Hatha & Vinyasa. Subsequently, she advances her learning and practice focus on Ashtanga Yoga and Yin Yoga. She completed her 100 hours Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training with Chuck Miller, 100 hours Yin Yoga, TCM and Anatomy Teacher Training with Jo Phee & Clement Ng, 100 hours Yin Yoga Myofascial Release & Spine Anatomy Teacher Training with Jo Phee, and is fortunate to train with many others renowned international teachers during her Teacher Trainings. The passion to learn and to share keeps her teaching on-going in conjunction with a full time job.

For her, yoga practice is life-long. It is a learning process to understand and discover our body at a deeper aspect. It helps to create self-realization for self-reflection, non-attachment, brings self- awareness and stays mindful in our actions.
