Hatha consists of basic standing poses from sitting, kneeling to squatting. Classes also focuses on various spine poses that allow students to have an overall total body workout, while exploring their senses and giving them a better knowledge of their own body. This class does not require any prior knowledge of asana practice and touches on the fundamentals and foundations of yoga.
