Regina

Regina picked up yoga in 2018 and slowly found herself in love with the practice ever since. Yoga taught her to relax and take things at her own pace and comfort, while also finding strength both mentally and physically. As her practice became more frequent, she found the calling to teach as a yoga teacher to deepen her practice and knowledge and share it with her students.

Regina likes to mix things up in her classes from time to time, focusing on both strengthening and stretching. She likes to engage her students while giving them options leading up to poses that may be challenging but fun to explore. She also tries to be detailed in her instructions, making her classes easy to follow. Join Regina on the mat to share your practice with her and enjoy a great workout!
