Jasmine

Jasmine’s initial venture into yoga was driven by a desire to alleviate study stress. She began practicing yoga in 2010, and in 2020, she discovered Bikram yoga. Captivated by the intensity of the heat and the challenges of the poses, she soon realized that yoga involves not only the body, but also the mind and soul. As she delved deeper, yoga’s transformative and enlightening nature became a way of life that extended far beyond the mat. For Jasmine, yoga has been a constant companion through life’s ups and downs—acting as a best friend, teacher, family, journey, and a strong pillar of support in overcoming challenges.

Having completed her Hot Yoga Teacher Training (RYT 200) with Copper Crow and a 40-hour Chair Yoga Training with Jimin Choi at Pure Yoga, Jasmine is now dedicated to helping others build self-awareness and embrace yoga as a lifelong passion and source of support.
