Hot Flow

Vinyasa class yoga combines vinyasas (a series of connected movements through breath), asanas (poses), pranayama (conscious breathing), meditation and relaxation, into a steady and flowing movement from pose to pose, synchronized with breath. It also helps to build strength and flexibility through movement, while the conscious rhythmic flow of the breath helps boost energy and health. Hot Flow is vinyasa class practiced in a heated studio that has a temperature from 38 to 42.5 degree celcius.

NOTE: This class is suitable for students from all levels of experience, except for people who have heart disease, severe hypertension, history or risk of strokes or fits and severe skin problems.
