Megan

Megan discovered yoga at the age of 17 as a way to relieve stress while coping with her workload as a student. Each time she stepped onto her mat, yoga provided her a sense of calmness and awareness of the body, breath and mind. Intrigued by the light of yoga, she took up her teacher training in 2018 where she learnt to appreciate yoga both on and off the mat. Beyond asanas, yoga is the practice and lifestyle about finding a deeper connection and awareness of ourselves in a process of self-development.

Dedicated to sharing her passion and knowledge in yoga, Megan creates a safe space for students to explore and build mindfulness in their practice. Her classes are focused on alignment and are carefully sequenced to transition seamlessly from one asana to another.

In her free time, Megan enjoys going for outdoor hikes in nature trails and spending time with her three dogs.
