Deep Stretch
In this 60 minutes class, students will go through a series of low-impact style of yoga poses that uses slow stretches and controlled breathing to help relaxation and increase flexibility. Students will transition from pose to pose and will be required to hold each pose longer as usual. With the slow breathing techniques, it will allow students to gradually stretch the muscles while in a relaxed mode.
The class is suitable for beginners, seniors, and people with injuries.
NOTE: An ideal approach for students who prefer a softer and gentle type of practice.
