Hot Yoga Basic
Conducted in a studio at a controlled temperature of 39 to 40°C, this class of basic and general yoga poses will grant the benefits of better flexibility and mobility to its students. The heat warms the muscles and softens the tendons and tissue, reducing any stiffness. Hot yoga is fantastic for detoxing as toxins leave the body through perspiration.
NOTE: This class is suitable for students from all levels of experience, except for people who have heart disease, severe hypertension, history or risk of strokes or fits and severe skin problems.
