KA's yoga journey began on the running trails, where he struggled with persistent aches and tightness. Then he was introduced to Yoga by a friend to help with the relief and healing for his body. Although he was intimidated by the idea of stepping into a yoga studio, he slowly began to explore the practice as a way to alleviate his physical discomfort.
As he continued to experience aches and pains, he realized the importance of taking care of his body. This led him to pursue yoga teacher training (YTT) in 2018, where he deepened his practice and gained a deeper understanding of the body. Through this journey, he discovered the transformative power of yoga and its ability to bring balance and harmony to both body and mind.
His approach as a yoga teacher is centered around creating a safe and supportive environment for students to explore their practice. He believes in honoring each individual's unique needs and abilities and strives to provide guidance that fosters growth, awareness, and self-care.
