Vinyasa

Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. The term 'vinyasa' refers to the alignment of movement and breath, which turns static asanas/poses into a dynamic flow

Vinyasa class requires the mind to stay focused in the present to be able to keep up. Focusing keeps you from drifting off and helps you to be present in your body rather than stuck in your head. These classes offer a variety of postures and no two classes are ever alike.

Vinyasa classes are also commonly referred as 'Flow' yoga
