Core Werk

This class works on strengthening the abdominal and back muscles. It consists of a mixture of poses that focuses on the tightening and strengthening of the entire core region, allowing the student to build a healthier spine and eliminates common lower backaches. Core muscles are one of the toughest and hardest muscles to train and develop; students will acquire a higher level of endurance and perseverance with this practice.

NOTE: This class is suitable for students from all level of experiences but not for people with severe back problems or high blood pressure.
