Core Werk

Core class works on strengthening the abdominal and back muscles. It consists of a mixture of poses that focuses on the tightening and strengthening of the entire core region, allowing the student to build a healthier spine and eliminates common lower backaches. Core muscles are one of the toughest and hardest muscles to train and develop; students will acquire a higher level of endurance and perseverance with this practice.

The practice of core yoga allows students to communicate with their bodies and access their spiritual core so they can achieve inner power. This inner power then builds the foundation for students to tap into their mental power to focus, and physical power to keep up with the strenuous yoga routine.

NOTE: This class is suitable for students from all level of experiences but not for people with severe back problems or high blood pressure.
