Clarissa

Clarissa’s fitness routine previously consisted of regular boxing trainings and bouldering sessions, until sustaining a grade II ankle injury meant that she had to explore other alternatives. While considering lower-impact activities, she encountered yoga, and gradually noticed an improvement in her physical endurance and mental well-being over a period of consistent practice.

With the intention of deepening her practice, she enrolled into 200hYTT training in Hatha-Vinyasa movement. Under the protégé of her instructor, she became more motivated and inclined to share this beautiful practice and hold space for everyone regardless of their backgrounds and fitness levels.

Her priority for her clients and students is to provide a safe and non- judgmental learning environment, and you can expect to leave her class with a heightened sense of physical alignment and rejuvenation.
