Hatha 2

Hatha 2 is conducted similarly to Hatha Yoga except that the poses can be more challenging which will allow you to explore and challenge your strength, balance, flexibility, stamina linked with breath built upon the foundation of proper alignment to prepare you for these classes. Arm balances and full inversions are included in this class.

 

Suitable for intermediate yoga practitioners with regular practice as it requires necessary body stability and awareness.
