Hot Yoga

Conducted in a studio at a controlled temperature of 39-40°C, this class of general yoga poses will grant the benefits of better flexibility and mobility to its students. The heat warms the muscles and softens the tendons and tissue, reducing any stiffness. Hot Yoga is fantastic for detoxing as toxins leave the body through perspiration. Students will feel energised and enjoy softer, glowing skin after the practice.

NOTE: This class is not suitable for people who have heart disease, severe hyper tensions, history or risk of strokes or fits and severe skin problems.
