Iwan
Iwan's first encounter with yoga began as a simple way to stretch his tight body and rehabilitate some of his old injuries. But at the end of that flow practice, he found a new space both physically and mentally. Fast forward to a few years later, yoga has turned into a lifestyle for him.
Iwan believes the practice should always be both playful and mindful. In every class, he aims to hold fun but safe spaces for practitioners to embark on their own journey of self exploration. He enjoys learning and sharing his knowledge of yoga, especially on anatomy to those around him.
When off the mat, he can be found sipping on tea and kombucha, snacking on chocolate cookies or stuck on a climbing wall.
